What can a dog trainer help with?

Dog Training with Animal Behaviour Kent

Our dog trainers are fully equipped to support owners on their dog training journey, tackling a wide array of issues. We cover a number of locations throughout the South East of England including Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, and South East London. For more information, see the areas we cover section.

Book a training session to support with a number of issues including:

  • Recall training
  • Heel training and loose lead walking
  • Scent detection
  • Manners around the house
  • Agility skills
  • Socialisation
  • Trick training
  • Overcoming any minor problematic behaviours like jumping up, overexcitement, or chewing things up.

An average training session lasts one hour, in which we will work directly with the dog, but also help you to build the skills to continue training your dog in the future.

How we work:

  • A professionally educated dog trainer will come to your home and observe the dog in their own environment.
  • We are fully insured and registered.
  • Our dog training methods are ethical and science based, placing the dog's welfare at the centre of what we do.
  • We are proud to have some of the best reviews in our area.
  • We offer a free 15 minute pre-consultation phone call in which we can take some details of your case, give some initial advice, and give you a chance to see if we are right for you.  Just fill in our contact form to book.

Virtual Consultations

As well as in person behaviour consultations, we are also able to support a client base throughout the whole of the UK via zoom. We have found this an extremely successful form of consulting as it allows us to observe the animal in their own environment without the unusual experience of a stranger being in the house.
